Another Iverson trade tidbit

I almost forgot about this.

In the 2K Insider's infinite wisdom, he actually gave Allen Iverson a no-trade clause.

Let him know at

Anyone else have problems running the The Real 2K Insider roster updates? My Xbox 360 keeps freezing every time I try to start a game with the new roster updates.

You havent posted any news on your roster updates lately. What have you changed?

I'm deciding when a good time to release it is.

I released 2.1 early into 2.0's release so I have updated twice this week.

A new addition will revised coach profiles that use 08-09 data. I forgot to add coach profiles in 2.0 but they'll be there in 2.2.

Off the top of my head the categories I've 100% completed are Offensive Tempo, Defensive Pressure, Crash Boards, Run Plays, and Zone Usage. That leaves... Help Defense and the team shooting tendencies.

Biggest movers will also be "bigger" than last update.

What's the big deal? It's not like no trade clauses are accurate in association... most of the top players have them.

Sorry Rashidi but your complaints are right on point with NBA 2ks garbage updates. But your roster updates need work as well.

Redd at 84 for 3pt shooting please. I think Redd is garabge being one of the few Bucks fans but he is one of the best shooters in the NBA just plays 0 defense and makes no one better around him.

NBA 2ks bigest problem is they overrate big name players too much, and there 3pt ratings are way off base on alot of players. For example Brandon Roy, and alot of bench players who get little play time but seem to beable to out shoot all the top players in the NBA yet they get no play time.

I hope when you do the tendencies you are going to bring the player tendencies way down and the coaching tendencies specifically tempo down to the 40-50 range for many teams. Teams scoring 117 points a year is ridiculous and this helps slow them down. Nogster has you beat in that regard. His team ppg stats are much more realistic but your rosters are way better.

He didn't want to take the time to use the 2k roster with pruitt snow etc back in because he claimed that they are scrubs. Convenience over realism i guess. Lazy.

You da man.

Except nogster's player shooting tendencies seem too low. In a sim Dirk scored only 19 ppg.

Rashidi when you do the Mavs tendencies you should lower Kidd's shooting tendency, he should score around 10 ppg and you have him scoring around 15. Terry's is a little high too.

Also, Dampier should be higher, he scored 6.1 ppg last year but in the game he scores around 2. He's a better scorer than Diop but they have tendencies almost the same.

Also, have you thought about adjusting foul tendencies because it is impossible to keep a center happy if you like playing with player roles because they don't get enough playing time with all the fouls.

Also, potential is kind of messed up Bass is more than a 60.

I'll finish off the Mavs in my next update, they seem to be getting a lot of complaints. I've probably promised to update Brandon Bass at least three times by now too. :*(

21 of 30 teams have 50+ offensive tempo at default, including 9 teams with an 85 or better. That's ridiculous.

I've got 18 teams with 50+ tempo but only three of them are 85+
